Handicaps & Pattaya Sports Club

Pattaya Sports Club (pattayasports.org) — the umbrella body: office at 3/197 Pattaya 3rd Road next to the Pattaya Driving Range. Maintains the WHS handicap system the bar societies use (cards submitted after every round), publishes monthly negotiated member rates + a multi-society schedule, and lists ~16–18 affiliated societies. Can a visitor just join a round?
