With a service or group: Compare the same inclusions and cancellation terms with a booking service, or join a society day.

2. Pack for the course

Dress rules: Collared shirts, tailored shorts or trousers and golf shoes are common requirements. Clothing exclusions, women’s attire and shoe rules vary by club; check your selected course.
Rental clubs: Dated official examples: Phoenix Gold ฿1,300; Siam Country Club ฿2,500. Confirm today’s price, handedness, available set and shaft, and return terms. Ask separately about shoes and umbrellas.
Essentials: Keep your booking confirmation accessible. Bring Thai baht for a discretionary caddie tip, and check the forecast before packing water and sun protection.

3. Arrange your journey

App ride: A February 2026 Pattaya–Burapha report was about ฿400–450 one way. Check the live fare, pickup and golf-bag acceptance; availability and a return ride are not guaranteed.
Private golf taxi: A published example was roughly ฿2,000–2,900 per vehicle, return with waiting, for 2–4 golfers and bags. Confirm your course, pickup, waiting allowance and vehicle size.
Society transport: Some June 2026 schedules included transport. Check the current schedule, visitor eligibility, pickup and inclusions.

Arriving from Suvarnabhumi?

4. Warm up & play

Check in: Plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before your tee time, subject to the club’s instructions. Show your confirmation, meet your caddie and warm up.
Choose your tees: Use the current scorecard, your hitting distance and forced carries, with guidance from the starter. Back-tee yardage is a specification, not a recommendation. Ask about play through nine holes and water stops.
Finish the day: Give any discretionary tip directly to your caddie in Thai baht, then meet your arranged return transport.

First-timer questions

Can a solo golfer book a round?

Some operators accept single-player requests, but pairing and availability vary. Siam Country Club explicitly accepts singles subject to booking; a source-checked golf society is another route to request an organized group. Confirm the exact tee time, pairing and transport terms.

What happens if it rains?

Weather, suspension, voucher and refund policies differ by course and booking provider. Ask for the applicable terms before payment and do not assume an unused or interrupted round will be refunded.
