Sources credit both — it's a Dye Designs family project (GolfPass adds Cynthia Dye McGarey). Either way the small greens, railroad ties and visual intimidation are unmistakably Dye.
Can you walk Khao Kheow?
Yes — one of the few championship courses near Pattaya where carts (฿800) stay optional. Caddy ฿400 as standard.
What's the cheapest way to play?
Sport-day bundles: Monday and Thursday ฿1,750 all-in (green+caddy+cart); Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday ฿1,950. Societies run it for ~฿1,850 including transport.
